Unleashed Performance Kids has taken up the challenge of childhood obesity by targeting children ages 5-12 in Atlanta Georgia. The pilot program aims to identify sustainable practices, policies, and strategies in it’s programs that employ tactics such as the following
This course designed to meet the needs of educating its community towards recommendations to the maintenance of a healthy life. Participants will learn the principles of nutrition as they apply to macro-nutrients and metabolic pathways.
Helping the Youth
Incorporating 30 minutes per day of moderate to vigorous physical activity for each Saturday
Serving water as a beverage and prohibiting sugar-sweetened drinks.
Brief nutritional education topics following the physical activity
Creating Better A Tomorrow
Partnering with local food banks to offer fruits and vegetables as snacks, versus processed foods with high levels of salt, calories and carbohydrates

Our one-on-one personal training sessions are 45 minutes long and we take full advantage of every minute to give you the best workout.
Unlike most Personal Trainers, Unleashed Performance does not up-sell memberships. You work for what you want! At Unleashed Performance you will have access to name brand sanitized equipment and clean locker rooms. What clients do pay for is an expert personal training instructor with clear how-to instructions. Our certified professional trainer can design a workout customized for each individual based on a thorough consultation and screening.

David is from Indianapolis, IN. He played multiple sports in high school and was a two-sport athlete in college. Post-college, David got into developing young talent as a high school coach. He has coached multiple sports and lead teams to state tournaments.
David’s passion for developing others continued to grow and created interest in directing full sports programs. He then conquered the endeavor of being an Athletic Director. In the midst of developing youth, David was asked if he would start doing private lessons for athletes. As word got out about the works of David, it then sparked the questions of interest in doing fitness training for parents
