Unleashed Performance Kids has taken up the challenge of childhood obesity by targeting children ages 5-12 in Atlanta Georgia. The pilot program aims to identify sustainable practices, policies, and strategies in it’s programs that employ tactics such as the following

This course designed to meet the needs of educating its community towards recommendations to the maintenance of a healthy life. Participants will learn the principles of nutrition as they apply to macro-nutrients and metabolic pathways.

Nutrition involves more than simply eating a “good” diet—it is about nourishment on every level. It involves relationships with family, friends, nature (the environment), our bodies, our community, and the world


Between work and family life can often get away from you. We often forget to or lack the time to focus on our health & fitness.  With one on one personal training you will have one less thing to worry about because we come to you! Our one-on-one personal training sessions are 45 minutes long and we take full advantage of every minute to give you the best workout. 

Warm UP

Each session starts with a 10 mins warm-up to make sure your muscles are ready for whatever workout we do.


During the body of the workout, we push you to the limit and keep you moving the whole time!

Cool Down

Then we end with a 5 mins cool-down to help you recover quickly and correctly

Unleashed Performance

Unlike most Personal Trainers, Unleashed Performance does not up-sell memberships. You work for what you want! At Unleashed Performance you will have access to name brand sanitized equipment and clean locker rooms. What clients do pay for is an expert personal training instructor with clear how-to instructions. Our certified professional trainer can design a workout customized for each individual based on a thorough consultation and screening.

 David is from Indianapolis, IN. He played multiple sports in high school and was a two-sport athlete in college. Post-college, David got into developing young talent as a high school coach. He has coached multiple sports and lead teams to state tournaments.

David’s passion for developing others continued to grow and created interest in directing full sports programs. He then conquered the endeavor of being an Athletic Director. In the midst of developing youth, David was asked if he would start doing private lessons for athletes. As word got out about the works of David, it then sparked the questions of interest in doing fitness training for parents
