Online Fitness Coaching

Like one-on-one training in person, you can get workouts tailored to your goals and fitness level but allows you to do it in the comforts of your home or at your own gym. You share your goals and experience with exercise in the app and a trainer will formulate a plan.

What clients do pay for is an expert personal training instructor with clear how-to instructions. David's Fitness Plan

 David is from Indianapolis, IN. He played multiple sports in high school and was a two-sport athlete in college. Post-college, David got into developing young talent as a high school coach. He has coached multiple sports and lead teams to state tournaments.

David’s passion for developing others continued to grow and created interest in directing full sports programs. He then conquered the endeavor of being an Athletic Director.

In the midst of developing youth, David was asked if he would start doing private lessons for athletes. As word got out about the works of David, it then sparked the questions of interest in doing fitness training for parents

I am so glad I went with my gut and started working out with Unleashed Performance. I wanted to start last year but was locked into another trainer. I attended the grand opening.
